Stationery can be the perfect gift for members of your bridal party or the newlyweds. One of my favorite shopping destinations for unique one of a kind gifts is Horchow. Here are some highlights from Horchow’s collection…
I am so excited to bring to you ellyB Events new logo design. We are so excited to see this process finally completed. With the help of our talented and wonderful writer and designer Jessica Ralph from HV Consulting, a vendor that we may choose to print our business cards (will do a review later) and our great friend Dana from danajones photography, we were able to come up with the following 4 design concepts.
Now here is the issue, I am torn between the color choices! I love them ALL. Please leave a comment telling me which color ellyB should use as company colors. Your help is much appreciated.
When my bride came to ellyB looking for ideas of where she should hold her July 2009 wedding, off top I wanted to suggest the venue where I was married but wanted to save that as the last resort (only because I didn’t want to be biased). So long story short my bride visited the Chateau Briand and BOOKED on the spot. What is so amazing about this location is not only the gorgeous inside that is designed to look like the vintage cruise ships but the newly renovated outside that is now set up like Southbeach Miami. Take a look…
Over at Zenadia Design’s, they are giving one lucky reader a chance to win a $70.00 credit to Noaki’s online shop. Good for one of her beautiful pieces of jewelry, or a custom made item!
Here are some beautiful pieces by the talented designer;

Here are some of our favorite items:
One of the fun things about planning a wedding is using traditional items that you would see at every other wedding in a new sophisticated style that would have your guests amazed and leave them wondering how did you find such a thing?
It has been in many traditions to use Jordan Almonds as part or in whole as your wedding favors. The tradition of the Jordan almonds can be found in the following poem:
Five sugared almonds for each guest to eat
To remind us that life is both bitter and sweet.
Five wishes for the new husband and wife -
Health, wealth, happiness, children, and a long life!
One of my favorite online resources for finding unique packaging for the almonds is Confetti Flowers.
