From the runways of the Special Event Show to the tablescape design challenges hosted by NACE, one item that was sure to be present in the design are domed pedstal dishes.
Adding much more than a way to serve your desert, these beauties can serve as the focal point to your event. In an array of colors and shapes and sizes, they can even be reused after the main event has taken place. Here are some of our faves.

Here is the dome being used in a tablescape design

We are currently doing some at home (DIY) interior designing over at the ellyB houshold and I am on a constant search for new items to jazz up our space, so I had to share these new BLING items brought to you by one of my favorite stores for one of a kind items – ZGallerie. I just love checking the site for new items listed weekly and it doesn’t hurt that everything is currently 20% off.

Mark you calendars. 103 West along with the Atlantan Bridal magazine and Debra from Luxe Expressions, bring to you a bridal showcase that is a must attend.
Personalization is all the rave. People love when they can take something and truly make it their own. This goes for more than just weddings and other events. Bed Bath & Beyond has made it so that you can extend the personalization into your nest. Head over there and check out the awesome products they have for the home. Here are a few of our favorites:

The website is updated and have tons of new surprises… one of which being that they be giving away an entirely FREE real wedding to one lucky couple. They are currently accepting applications in hopes of finding the perfect couple to give this to (a couple who is okay geting married on short notice at a wedding someone else planned for them
. They will receive a FREE wedding on May 31 of this year that will include everything: venue + catering, photography, wedding dress + other attire, cake, flowers, invites… everything, all donated by our amazing vendors from The NotWedding expo. The wedding will be featured in the summer issue of Weddings Unveiled magazine and will definitely be one of the most amazing weddings this year, styled by Joy Thigpen. They hope to find three finalists in the next few weeks and then ask their bridal community to vote on a winner, who we will then announce at NotWedding expo in April.
This event was ground breaking last year and we cannot wait to attend this year. Now who wants a free wedding?
