Engage!10 Recap

I know I know this event happened over two months ago but it is never too late to look at pretty pictures. What can I even begin to say about Engage!10? It was a life changing experience.  Not only did I learn from the greats, but I had the opportunity to mix and mingle with people I have admired over the years.  Rebecca Grinnals and Kathryn Arce does an amazing job with the Engage symposium two times a year, and gives us wedding and event planners and opportunity to raise the bar. Can’t wait to attend the next one!

The below pics are from our personal camera. So please excuse the amateur exposures. How pretty are the papers? All of the branding showed exactly how paper should look like for your event.  Think about all of the little details from beginning to end.

I have met Simon Bailey many times over the years so it was great to reconnect with him again.

Now this lady is one of the sweetest people EVER.  To know that Ellen Black of Lehr and Black clientele is 98% celebrities and she is so down to earth as she is, is really unbelievable.

Can you believe these two sweethearts are the brains and beauty behind Style Me Pretty? Abby and Tait Larson are a couple made in heaven and were just delightful to meet.

Oh Mindy Weiss how I love you so! I don’t think I ever thought you would be as down to earth as you are!  It was great to meet you and now have the privilege to call you my friend!

Ellen and I with Amy Atlas and her director.  It was great to have some moijitos and just chit chat.

Jill Miester was a doll and shared her knowledge so willing.

Yes! Can you believe it? That is Mr. Randy Fenoli from Say Yes to the Dress! He seriously has the most energy I may have ever seen in my life.

I had the chance to celebrate my good friend Harmony’s birthday while we were in Florida.  Harmony is the owner and branding guru of The Bridal Bar.

With the two most powerful women in the wedding industry! Carley Roney from The Knot and Darcy Miller from Martha Stewart Weddings.

Learning the day to day lives and business strategy of celebrity wedding designers Todd Fiscus and David Beahm definitely added fuel to my game!

Does this lady need any introduction at all? Sylvia’s Weinstock’s dress was one to envy for the night!

Cindy from Tulle Belles is the genius behind my little pink bag that was created for ellyB’s brand!

There is no way you can meet Sylvia without meeting wonderful Ben Weinstock. Them two are just adorable! Also had a great time getting to know Marilyn Oliveria who is the editor for Inside Weddings. Oh my I have no idea why me and my room Cassandre Snyder never got a picture together alone but here you can see the chick that has now been dubbed my official travel buddy.

Michelle Rago, was just a hoot! As much fun as I knew she would be.

I must admit, I did not know much about Bryan Rafanelli before Engage. All I knew is that he had planned Chelsea Clinton’s wedding. Bryan, I am now your biggest fan and cannot wait to meet and soak up some of your brilliance again.
