Like I mentioned, I’ve gotten lucky with some amazing clients right off the bat! Tina and Joshua are one of my out-of-town couples that will be tying the knot in September at the Marriott Evergreen Resort in Stone Mountain. Her wedding will be so chic and romantic!  It’s been so fun getting to know her along the way….we seem to have the same taste and style. I even share her and Joshua’s love for chocolate covered espresso beans! So when I got these in my inbox this morning, not only did I love them (duh) but I had to share them with you all…..

Shanta my diva girl!  My fellow Brooklyn bride totally brought it for this casual but loving engagement session photo shoot.  Posing in the Georgian Terrace Hotel, Shanta and Troy was just so relaxed behind Cathi Milanes lens! It was so great to see them so in love and just enjoying the private moment between them two. They are in the middle of a busy lobby and you see how much they do not even notice!

Shanta and Troy were married a few weekends ago so be sure to check out their pics, in fact I will give you a teaser at the end of this post!

And the love continues…

This past weekend we had the pleasure of getting these two down the aisle and boy was it a beauty!  They were married at the beautiful Peachtree Christian church, then we headed over to the Biltmore Ballrooms for the reception.  We cannot wait to share the images from their big day as we incorporated some really cool design ideas that are not to be missed!

While the couple is away on the beautiful islands of St. Barths and Anguilla (totally jelly watching their instagram pics!), it would be a shame not to share with you their engagement photos.  The couple along with their awesome photographer Carla Gates, headed north to Barnsley Gardens for the engagement session.  Since the couple really wanted to get married outdoors (David is such a nature guy), this was a great comprise between the two (think best of both worlds). Claudia Mejerle was on site to be Christina’s glam squad for hair and makeup.

 Congrats again to the Newlyweds!

You know you have a fun couple and that their wedding is going to be a PARTY when they take their engagement pictures at Sweetwater Brewery. I am so excited for Kathy and Kevin’s outdoor wedding that is set to take place this September; it’s going to be an absolute blast!

Today we are too excited to feature this bridal portrait session by Chris Isham Photography. I think what is most exciting is that bridal sessions are BACK! Brides are now excited to get all dolled up in their dress, pose with a bouquet, and show their grooms that they went the extra mile by picking a location, props and much more just for them.  It also helps to tak away the anxiety of wearing your dress for the first time and make final edits to your dress, accessories or hair and makeup!

Photos in NYC will never get old to me.  Although these were taken during the summer months, I still had to share them as they just make me HAPPY! Of course working with Leah and Marc was just as enjoyable.  Leah knew her direction she wanted to take the wedding and it happened! We cannot wait to share their images of their big day, but we did not want another day to go by without sharing this awesome shoot!  Thanks to Ardent Story Photography, who not only went to NY to capture this awesome session, but were a joy to work with on the day of their wedding that occurred at Fernbank Museum in August.

Meredith and Stuart I will forever be your in your life and look forward to coming to Washington to see you guys. It is one of my favorite states! And yes, every time I think of soul train, I will remember your big day! xoxo

Brooke and Tyler are set to be married next March at the Chateau Elan Winery in North Georgia and preparations for their wedding are fully underway. We had the pleasure of working with Lauren and Luq on their July nuptials in Puerto Rico this past July.  Boy can we not wait to share with you the images from the beautiful island or Puerto Rico.  The wedding was just gorgeous and we had the best of the best vendors on their big day.  Stay tuned for that!
