According to makeup and hairstylist Carlie Buys, slicked back hair is OUT and natural, soft waves are IN! Carlie suggests adding a hair piece because it creates a huge style statement.
Another hairstyle trend this season are low, slightly messy side buns.
I have made my hairstyle decisions for the weddings! Since the weather in St. Maarten is sunny with a slight breeze from the island’s oceans, I will go for the natural wavy look with a yellow flower hair piece to match Iris’ color scheme. Due to the hot and humid weather in Toronto, it is practical to style my hair up in a messy bun, similar to Jessica Alba’s hairstyle.
