Pick up the latest issue of Brides Atlanta to see my suggestions for favors for your upcoming wedding. All of the Atlanta Wedding Planners gave great suggestions on how to make your favors not only memorable but useful.
Favors are usually a tough one for my couples. I usually sway in the direction of giving something edible or personal to the Bride and Groom. Truth is not everyone will like what you give out, so you want to make sure you are giving something yummy, very useful, or something you would like to receive as a favor.
Finding new things in the wedding and event world is like putting a kid in a candy store for me. I love to hear about places and things some people may have never heard of and share it with my clients and readers. In walks Ambient Studios. This loft style place located in the city of Atlanta is perfect for that person that is looking for a blank palette to create their dream event.
Here is more about the space:
In the past couple years we’ve been converting a 10,000 square-foot warehouse into a wonderfully versatile venue. The building is 100 years old – built in 1910 – and once housed a textile mill where pillows were made. The studio has the original hardwood floors and the huge windows that pour light into this unique building. Exposed brick and beams finish out a space that includes a full kitchen, commercial restrooms, hair-and-make-up room with a shower, private flex-rooms for storage or office work or whatever you can imagine. We’ve done our best not to decorate it too much and to preserve the historic character whenever possible. The result is a blank canvas that can be transformed by creative professionals, such as yourself, into whatever concept is needed.
