I was never one for science and chemistry, but I do know that incorporating liquid nitrogen into your liquor or ice cream bar will cause a positive chemical reaction with your guests.
The average temperature of liquid nitrogen is approximately -320 degrees (fahrenheit). It works by freezing drinks solid and then infusing them with more flavor as they thaw. The presentation alone is one of a kind, and the end result is jammed packed with flavor and quality which can’t be beat.
