When a magazine approaches you to do an editorial shoot, after you jump up and down for about 30 minutes, you are now plagued on how can you think of ways to go completely against everything you have done before as well as make sure it is completely outside of the box!
Since we post so many photos of glamourous ballrooms, we do ALL kinds of weddings. No seriously we do. We do not specialize in any one form of wedding. If you had to ask me what is our speciality I would give you two words, personalization and detials. Point blank! So your style is your style and we are here to bring it to life!
Check this fun rustic shoot we created for Occasions Weddings Magazine. Complete with lighted spheres, S’mores with fire pit setup outside complete with colored marshmellows (um hello, of course the marshmellows should be branded in your color scheme as well), farm tables, mismatch vintage chairs, you name it, we brought it!!!
Style Vendor Team:
If you have a thing for red roses like we do, you will love the following images. We participated in the Atlanta Weddings Show event in February, and since it was in an art gallery, we wanted to do something different. We wanted to go with an all red tablescape with just the right amount of bling!

Sometimes it just feels surreal. The reality is that as party/wedding planners and designers, we get to do what we love and we get to do it often! We get to get as wild and crazy as we like yet keeping it completely realistic (and sometimes unimaginable)! We get to play with colors, textures and designs and watch them come to life! This is exactly what we were able to do when the W Midtown Atlanta asked us to do a shoot for their upcoming season portfolio. Together with an allstar team of vendors, we created magic!
We also shared this shoot with the this shoot with the fabulous Oh Brides Magazine which is on stands now!
Check out the spread here…
Thanks so much to the amazing Style Production Team as always!

A few weeks ago we gave away free gift wrapping and adornments from Paper Parfait at The B Loft! Everyone was so overjoyed to come and enjoy couture wrapping all in the spirit of giving. The Paper Parfait team asked for nothing in return!
I asked the team to send over some tips to share with our readers:
Gift Wrapping Tips
1. Mix Designs and Textures:
Use a variety of wrapping paper. Having all your gifts wrapped in the same paper can be boring. Also, opt for ribbon instead of a bag of bows. Adding miniature ornaments are great accents.
2. Seamless Design:
Fold the paper around the box and pull taut. The paper should overlap a bit and slightly hang over the edge of box. Crease the edge of box then fold under the small piece and secure with tape. The crease will be at the edge of the box instead of the middle, creating a seamless design.
3. Say No to Generic Gift Labels:
Instead of purchasing gift labels, cut small pieces of wrapping paper and adhere with double-sided tape. The label blends in and isn’t an eye sore. You can use punches or decorative cutters to make different shapes.
4. Save Money:
Buy holiday gift wrap on sale starting December 26th to use for next year. You can also buy kraft paper, which is inexpensive and can be used year-round.
Pretty wrapped gifts make the joy of giving even more special. The recipient will be thrilled ? everyone loves eye candy!
Check out some of the eye candy from the event:
We were delighted when the visionary behind Oh Brides Magazine contacted us to do a shoot for their debut issue! We got together as a team and Doriann, our Senior Party Planner got the goods and details for the perfect wedding theme with a city backdrop. It was important for us to show that you can still have glamour and have it work well with an urban backdrop such as the city. We decided to go with the color palette of ivory, gold and cobalt blue as we felt the colors are so contrasting they are striking!!
So many people always think that you still need to do modern and clean lines when doing cityscapes, but that is the furthest from the truth! Check out the feature below and let us know what you think!
I must admit these chair decal place cards are my FAVORITE!!!!! Perfect for a wedding or small dinner. Get them from Ten23Designs.

I cannot believe we are coming up on the end of June. Seriously where did the time fly?? We have had so many amazing things happen for us so far this year, and we cannot wait to see what the rest of the year has in store. From amazing weddings, events, and photo shoots, we have so much more to share with you!
Today we are sharing the gorgeous shoot we shot with some of the best talent Atlanta has to offer. We were approached by Occasions Magazine to do an inspiration spread for their summer issue. What was so amazing about this opportunity is that we were given free reign. Any color, location, feel was all up to us! The team and I decided to use colors that you do not see often, and stage in a venue where is often seen as rustic and show how you can create a totally different feel. Nadia D. knocked it out the park on this one! See more below:
Here are the fab partners that were on this shoot:

Sash: Nicholas Kniel
So there are often times that you just have to be overly excited for your fellow industry mates when they get married. It is so awesome to see how they are on the opposite side of the big day! I was so excited to learn that Melissa from Melissa Prosser Photography was getting married. I was even more excited to learn how awesome her husband Bobby is! Just FABU! We had a great time planning their Wizard of Oz Wedding theme without the theme being too much! Check out the awesome pics below by Project Duo.
To see more of this awesome wedding you have to visit their feature on Occasions Magazine’s website! Check it out here.

A few days ago we revealed the stunning new cover of Munaluchi Bride magazine with the every so brilliant Preston Bailey. Today we are super excited to share with you our wedding feature that glossed the fabulous pages of this fabulous publication.
Working with Erika and Leroy were a dream. They were the ones that made me read the Five Love Languages, and I must admit I learned a thing or two about love from them. Their love for not only each other but their friends and family was completely heart warming.
Nothing beat the comment from Leroy at the end of the night, him telling me that it was all worth it, made my heart smile! Take a look at the feature below.
And of course I couldn’t have done it without my fabulous style team:
