A few days ago we revealed the stunning new cover of Munaluchi Bride magazine with the every so brilliant Preston Bailey. Today we are super excited to share with you our wedding feature that glossed the fabulous pages of this fabulous publication.
Working with Erika and Leroy were a dream. They were the ones that made me read the Five Love Languages, and I must admit I learned a thing or two about love from them. Their love for not only each other but their friends and family was completely heart warming.
Nothing beat the comment from Leroy at the end of the night, him telling me that it was all worth it, made my heart smile! Take a look at the feature below.
And of course I couldn’t have done it without my fabulous style team:
DJ: DJ Six Five
It feels like yesterday I began planning with this couple. I am blessed to be working with them and I love that they have inspired me in more ways then they even know. We have an all star team of vendors lined up for today and I cannot wait to share the memories with you guys. Stay tuned and happy 10.10.10

The reason why I stress the importance of my couples having an engagement session is due to the fact that 80% of the time couples have never had their photos professionally taken. The engagement session play multiple roles:
- A chance to get all dressed up before your big day and have all eyes on you
- You can begin the documentation of your love story before the big day rolls around
- The opportunity to get comfortable with your photographer before the big day
- The opportunity to have pro pics in a location that you may not be able to visit on your wedding day
- Most couples still love to have their picture as a sign in frame on their wedding day or to display in their home
- Last but no where near least, take amazing pictures such as the ones below!!!!!
We were so excited when Ben Vigil shared these HOT pictures of my couple Erika and Leroy below. The faint worthy pictures below begins the story of what will transpire on their big day.
We are always honored to work with Heather Vreeland from Atlanta Occasions. Each and every event is unique with great decor, food, drinks and people! Another reason why we love working with Heather is that she allows our creative juices to flow. She tells us she wants a party and we deliver!
The party was held at the lovely Ventanas and was a mix of Brides and elite Atlanta Wedding Pros.
One of the cool features about Ventanas is that they have a helipad. Brides and Grooms can use this as they enter or exit their reception.
Connie Duglin linens provided these amazing coral taffeta crinkle linen which matched the color of the wording on the Atlanta Occasion cover.
The always amazing Sharon from Sweet Sensations made the the cake to resemble the Atlanta skyline which turned out to be our theme for the night.
Perfect Petals did an amazing job with the floral arrangements!
Thank you for all the wonderful vendors that participated!
Many years ago, brides would not think about wearing any other wedding gown but their Mother’s! Slowly that tradition changed into altering their gowns or using pieces of their gowns for creation of a new one. Now all elements of doing any of those things seem to be abolished.
I was completely taken back while viewing Ben Vigil’s latest slideshow from a recent wedding. Here was a modern stylish bride getting married to prince charming, in HER MOTHER’S GOWN! And it looked beautiful. Her pictures are now timeless and classic with an ode to her Mother (who Ben told me did the alterations for the beautiful bride).
The bride wore the gown through the ceremony and her formal portraits, but later changed into a funky reception dress complete with birdcage veil. It was the perfect conclusion
