Fab Find: Drawer Knobs Place cards

Those double hearts or silver place card frames could be so much more fabulous if we gave them a little thought. Gone are the days that we have to purchase items sold in bulk at the party store. Your event should be about creativity and showing personality. Think of the impossible and just DO IT. I just loved these DIY place card drawer knob holders found at the flea market. How adorable? Best of all it makes a STATEMENT!

Family Photos in Glass Bottles

Clients are often looking for ways to display their family wedding portraits or family members that have passed on creatively and uniquely. I just love this pin from my pinterest page! Someone listed their crafty DIY project that included vintage bottles that they cleverly also placed their family photos in them. Just perfect!  At the end of the evening you can gift the family member or relatives of your choosing so they can display in their home and as a little keepsake from your big day.

Mason Jar Signature Drinks: Cranberry Apple Cider

Looking for an alternative for your mason jars instead of the traditional Lemonade? I just love the way the Apple Cider looks in the jars. Perfect for the for the hot summer months and definitely adds a splash of color and refreshment to your next event.

Look for recipe’s that you have enjoyed as a couple or that can coordinate with your wedding color scheme.  Add little embellishments such as cranberries or mint. Think about using custom drink stirrers with your monogram etched in the design. A great favor idea would be to use a drink menu that have ran in your family for years and pass out mini recipe cards at the end of the evening for favors.

Menu Chargers

Trying this blogging from my phone again. I just had to show off this wonderful DIY project from my May bride Sabrina. A few weeks ago I showed off Sabrina and Peter’s engagement session and I wanted to give some sneak peeks from their day as we get closer. Sabrina is a graphic artist and is making sure that no detail will be left out of her big day.

Although I will not reveal the overall table look, I just had to show off these menus that will be placed on the chargers. I just love how it looks like the menu is engraved in the actual charger.
